In this video we will discuss how to make a compensation claim for injuries resulting from medical negligence.

There are 3 key stages:


Stage 1 – involves you contacting our experts and discussing the circumstances of the alleged negligent care or treatment.
We will discuss our claims process and if you are happy to proceed, we will start your free no obligation case evaluation.

Stage 2- involves investigating the events which took place and determining whether there was negligent medical care or treatment.
We will review all the information you have relating to your medical condition and the case and using our wealth of knowledge and expertise,

we will consultant with our network of medical experts and determine if the standard of care or treatment provided was indeed negligent.
If we feel that you have strong grounds for a claim, we will discuss the options available to you– including our no win no fee agreement.

Stage 3 – Involves contacting and negotiating with the defendant

If you instruct us to represent you in your claim, we will move to the 3rd and final stage.
