It was co-written by Paula Vesala and Patric Sarin, and released as a promo single in 2011 with a music video directed by Tuukka Temonen.

On Vain elämää, Sanni turned “Yksinäinen” into something completely her own. Her version blends vulnerability and modern pop energy. Emotional yet confident, melancholic yet freeing.
