Amid major anti-ICE protests, a federal judge in Minnesota blocked the Trump administration from “destroying or altering evidence” related to 37-year-old Alex Pretti’s shooting by a Border Patrol agent. The order came after a lawsuit filed by Hennepin County Attorney’s Office and Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
State authorities claimed that DHS barred them from inspecting the footage.
