Rena Hughes fabricates Opinion of the court ,allows legal malpractice, on a case not assigned to her

Описание: After Rena Hughes ignores legal malpractice of shumway van, Jennings and Fulton, and Chris Tillman, and ignores filing for legal separation that clearly reported the notary fraud of escrow agent/notary Nikki Somalis bott. Violation of nrs 240.065 (b) in 2018, Rena Hughes then holds a two day trial over a deed known to be forged. Rena Hughes allows Bobby Antee to delay the trial for over two years, while the lawyers tried to force me into settlements with the title company and era brokers and Linda Naw. After the two day trial, Rena Hughes then waits 3 months to issue her fabricated opinion of the court (full video of fabricated ruling) a week after her fabricated ruling, I obtain a letter from an expert that again proved forgery. Rena Hughes then refused to hear any of my motions or evidence and held a hearing over the phone in October, 6 months after her fake option of the court and after putting out the final decree of divorce on 8/5/2020. Rena Hughes took exparte communications from nevada county recorder Deborah Conway, and after I filed for LiS Pendens and a Homestead, tried to order the sale of the property, which wasn’t her jurisdiction. I obtained a letter from the expert may 30, in which Logan Wilson, Jared Jennings, and Adam Fulton were still my record of counsel on all three matters, and did nothing to force Rena Hughes to uphold the law. Jared Jennings then tried to force me to take a settlement with national title company for $5000, in which the bond alone was $10k. When I refused and asked my counsel to withdraw on may 21, 2020, Rena Hughes then fabricated her opinion of the court on may 22,2020. Rena Hughes is a judge with a pattern of abuse that has been concealed by nevada federal judge, Gloria Navarro, Miranda Du, Nevada Judical Commission, governor sisolak, and attorney general Arron ford. Nevada Supreme Court has not corrected anything, and made no arrests, and now have illegally lifted lis pendens to allow Bobby Antee and his shared counsel with realtor Linda Naw, Garrett chase, to illegally enter my home and steal my property. The home has now increased in value to $403k in which I only owe $180. I provided nevada Supreme Court with proof of misconduct, fraud, legal malpractice, forgery, and judical abuse, and they have taken no action at all.
