In today's episode, we are diving into the world of Revised 40, perhaps the most budget friendly format in Old School Magic the Gathering. I am taking my first steps into this format with my Blue/Green Timmy deck, featuring 8 Prodigal Sorcerers in one 40 card deck! I am playing a double match against German player Tim (I know) who is playing a Red/White Flyers deck in match 1 and a Blue/Green Orb Prison deck in match 2. Revised 40 Rules
Revised 40 decks must contain a minimum of 40 cards (no maximum deck size, but you must be able to shuffle without assistance). There is no sideboard in Revised 40. Your deck may include up to 5 RARES. Your deck may have up to 3 copies of the same rare. Your deck may include up to 10 UNCOMMONS. Your deck may have up to 3 copies of the same uncommon.
