Summer reflects upon the authentic journey they now live, which did not seem possible when looking through young eyes as they tightly held a big secret - close to their chest.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups within a company that foster a diverse, inclusive workplace by supporting employees with shared identities, experiences, or interests.
