Hello everyone ♕ I have brought to you my first LONGER video! I am very excited to be making more longer videos in the future! :D
In this video, I am just showing you what I do to prepare my nails in order to paint them. I don't really take supplements or use a special serum to make them grow or be strong or anything. I just don't bite them and I guess I have enough calcium and protein in my diet to help them grow. My nails break just like anyone else's unfortunately. What does help them grow a little more is by keeping them painted with at least a clear polish so they become sturdier and won't chip as easily. I hope this helps!
