The college application process involves multiple steps and can seem like a daunting task. During this discussion, college admissions officers from out-of-state institutions will address common concerns and questions about the application process. Panelists will also cover topics such as institutional scholarships and fees for first-time, first-year students. These insights will guide students who are exploring postsecondary pathways outside of Alabama.
Additionally, we will provide a quick refresher on the Alabama Direct Admission Initiative. We'll walk through onboarding students to Match, understanding admission and scholarship offers, and how to confidently guide students through next steps. Ample time will be set aside for educators to ask college admissions-related questions directly to the presenters.
