Feb. 26 -- The best-known tobacco grower in Cuba grows leaves that are used in some of the island's finest cigars. The government is the only buyer, so while Cuban growers are excited about potentially selling Cuban cigars to American smokers, the Cuban state may be the biggest beneficiary.
