This video explains how residents of Goa can file an objection to the first 12 Zone Changes made u/s 39A of the Town Planning Act. This is a new amendment introduced in 2023 which could easily be misused and hurt Goa.
Zone Changes are proposed in the following villages.
27 June Gazette:
1. Morjim
2. Karapur-Sarvona
3. Mandrem
4. Mayem
5. Assagao
6. Calangute
4 July Gazette:
1. Candolim
2. Corgao
3. Parcem
4. Mayem
5. Morjim
Objection letters must be submitted to the:
Chief Town Planner (Planning),
Town and Country Planning Department,
Dempo Towers, Patto, Panaji - Goa 403001
