Duck foot lower leg exercises such as duck foot taps where the feet are angled outward with the heels together will bias the muscles on the lateral aspect of the lower leg or the peroneal muscles. Those muscles help to keep the ankles from rolling outward and they help to keep the arches from over elevating so they can balance out if somebody's got high arches or supinated ankles.
Any lower leg exercise where we have the toes angled outward (duck foot stance) is going to be ideal for those with high arches and supinated ankles.
