Hot Apple Drink -
Equal parts apple cider & apple juice, & cinnamon sticks.
Heat on high until hot, then turn to low. Can be topped off with a scoop of vanilla gelato.

Pear Prosciutto Flatbread -
thin pizza crust
fig jam
fresh sliced mozzarella cheese
ripened pear sliced
drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Bake at 350 for approximately 25 min. or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze
