Servings -

INGREDIENTS
Olive oil - 2 teaspoons
Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
Honey - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Carrots - 100 grams
Beetroot - 50 grams
Apple - 100 g
Grated gooseberries - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Chopped mint leaves - 1 tablespoon
Sesame seeds - for garnishing
Pumpkin seeds - for garnishing

PREPARATION
1. For dressing, in a bowl, add 2 teaspoons olive oil, and 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. Mix well.
2. Then add 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Mix well and keep aside.
3. In a separate bowl, add 100 grams carrots, 50 grams beetroot, apple, 1 tablespoon grated gooseberries, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves, and the prepared dressing. Toss well to combine.
4. Garish with sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds.
5. Serve.
