How To Make Rajbhog Sweets

Ingredients:
1 tbsp warm milk
¼ tsp saffron
1 tsp sugar
4 tbsp mixed nuts
2 tbsp shredded mawa
2 cups milk cheese
1 tbsp semolina
7 cups water
2 ½ cups sugar
3 cardamom
¼ tsp saffron
Instructions:
1. Mix warm milk with saffron, sugar and mixed nuts of cashews and pistachios and shredded mawa
2. Create 10 mini spherical shapes and set aside
3. Knead milk cheese for 3 minutes
4. Mix in semolina and knead for 5 minutes
5. Create 10 pieces of balls
6. Fill the center with mini balls
7. Prepare syrup by melting sugar in boiling water
8. Add cardamom and a pinch of saffron
9. Transfer the milk cheese to the syrup
10. Boil for 7 minutes on high heat
11. Remove lid to check then boil for another 5 minutes on high heat
12. Remove lid to check then cook for 15 minutes on medium heat
13. Let it cool before serving
14. Ready to Enjoy!
