reCAP 2025: Validations and Dynamic Field Control

Instead of writing custom code for validations, many use cases can be covered with the new annotation @assert.constraint. The validation condition is provided as an expression-like value for the annotation and is evaluated by the CAP runtimes.
Similarly, annotations for field control like @readable are no longer restricted to literal values "true" or "false", but can also have an expression as a value. This allows to dynamically control
As no custom code is necessary for both features, they are also ideal for extension use cases.
