Ingredients
Hung Curd
Kaju & Cheese Paste
Salt
Kitchen King Masala
Kashmiri Chili Powder
Black Pepper Powder
Darchini Powder
Jeera Powder
Black Salt
Garam Masala
Kasturi Methi Powder
Chilli Oil - (kashmir chilli Sauted in Mustard Oil)
Cheese
Cheese Cubes
Lemon Juice
Mustard Oil
Ginger Garlic Paste
V9912 - Chicken Breast Boneless

Method:
1.Cut the chicken gently.It should not be thick. Cut it thin.
2.Cut the cheese into small rectangle cubes.
3.Put the cheese in chicken and roll it.

Masala Preparation:-

4.Take a deep bowl.
5.Take Hung curd, Cheese Kaju paste & Lemon juice and mix it well.
6.Then add salt, Kitchen King Masala, Kashmiri Chilli Powder,Darchini Powder, Jeera Powder,Black Salt, Garam Masala (Little Bit), Kasturi Meshi Powder, Chilli oil. Little bit of grated cheese. Mix it well.
7.While mixing we will check if mustard oil is required or not because in the chilli oil there is mustard oil.
8.Little bit of mustard oil is required as the masala is too dry.
9.As colour has not come up yet. we are adding more kashmiri chilli powder and chilli oil.
10.Add ginger garlic paste and little bit of mustard oil and the masala is ready.
11.Its ready. Keep it mind the masala should be tight.
12.Take a plate so that we can mix the kebab with the masala.
13.Hold the fold properly otherwise the it will get loose. Hold the fold and mix the chicken with the masala.
14.Now we take a sheek and start inserting the kebabs in it.
15.Always insert the joint so that it doesn't open in tandoor.
16.Then we put it in tandoor.
17.Now we take it of tandoor and brush it with butter oil again we put it in tandoor and close it.
18.See the cheese has melted and it looks like cotton. Hence its called Cotton Kebab.
19.Now we will take out the kebabs from the sheek and we need to do it very carefully otherwise the kebabs will break.
20. And its ready.
