This edition includes the base set as well as the Ready Player 6 expansion set.
Base set:
20 organs and 70 attack afflictions
Expansion set:
4 organs and 32 attack afflictions
Note on card protector sleeves: If you're interested in using protector sleeves for the cards, I am using Ultra Pro standard size sleeves (66mm X 91mm) which fits the cards just right. However, it will not fit in the box with the sleeves at all, so if you sleeve them you'll have to forgo the original box.
