Finally we have a solution for the Scale Tune issue caused by V1.10 on the Yamaha PSR-A5000. This was resolved in V1.20 but please watch till the very end. Apparently after the update you have to turn it off TWICE not just once when the instructions tell you to turn it off.
To download the .zip file go to:
https://usa.yamaha.com/support/update...
You will get a file called
PSR-A5000SETUP.zip
When double click the file, it will expand this file:
PSR-A5000SETUP.PRG
Copy this file to a USB flash drive and use it on the keyboard as instructed on the webpage and seen in the video.
