Описание: On Saturday, November 1, the fifteenth Mass and Benefit Dinner took place at St. Francis Hall, near the Franciscan Monastery. The Custos of the Holy Land, Fr. Francesco Ielpo, OFM, attended the dinner and awarded Msgr. Paul Loverde, Bishop Emeritus of Arlington, with the Grato Animo Medal — the highest recognition that the Custody of the Holy Land bestows on those who have distinguished themselves for their support of the Holy Land. This marked Fr. Ielpo’s first visit to Washington, DC, as Custos, following his appointment last June.
