I thought we need a new beginner abs workout, since the upload of the last one was 6 months ago.♥︎ *Advertisement / Werbung / İşbirliği
This workout targets all of your ab muscles - upper, middle, lower abs and obliques. It includes breaks - we have 30 sec of exercise and 10 sec of rest. If you are not a beginner anymore, you can skip the rests or continue doing the exercise for 40 seconds. Without the rests it is really intense and challenging (I tried it 😄🔥).
▪️ Intensity: Beginner
▪️ Recommendations:
• Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. ALWAYS keep the tension and press your lower back onto the mat and engage your core!
• If your neck hurts while performing the exercises, you can lay your head on the mat and go on.
• Repeating the workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other ab workouts.
