Did you know there’s another popular textile besides the KishuThara, that doesn’t get as much coverage as its far more vibrant counterpart?
The traditional Buray textile, a silk and cotton weave, is another textile treasure that comes from eastern Bhutan. There's a quaint little village under Radhi gewog in Trashigang, where a handful of households weave this textile but the story here is a lot more intricate than the motifs they've been weaving for generations.
