If you were like me, you tried to kill the 2 sleeping guards in the 1st building you go to, then dump their bodies out the window. However when the next 2 guards go to sleep in those same beds, for some reason, whenever you tried to stealth kill them, the other sleeping guard would automatically wake, resulting in you fighting the guards right then and there. So contrary to common sense, you actually want those 2 sleeping guards to be one of the last ones you kill, so that way the reinforcement guards dont go to sleep up there, and go literally anywhere else
Granted I dont think this quest is altered in anyway shape or form whether its stealthily done or not, but just in case if anybody wanted to know, this is how its done
