The 5th gen Camaro SS rotor bore is 67.4mm, GTO is 71.4mm. This can either be done freehand with a die grinder/dremel, or sent to a machine shop for a reasonably fair fee.
I however didn't want to have to send off rotors to be bored out every time I do a brake job on this thing so I started brainstorming ideas to do this myself. Long story short, after many iterations I came up with this inexpensive solution.
1/4" shank bur bits for a die grinder can be chucked in a handheld trim router and run around the inside of the rotor hat to enlarge the reg. hole.
