Back in June I did 30 days of an f Olympic gymnasts stretching routines to try and improve my flexibility. I had lots of requests for just the routine I followed. Here is my first following along stretching video! It takes 15 minutes, I did 1 to 2 times everyday for a month and it improved my flexibilty. We talk about my journey to getting the splits. This is a great beginners flexibilty routine you can follow along! But remembver to listen to your body and properly warm up first!
