Presenting my new composition, premiered at the class recital.

The piece begins with the left hand introducing a wave-like, unstable rhythm using a minor 9th chord, setting a restless tone. Then, the main melody emerges like a small boat adrift on the vast ocean, floating with the waves. This "little boat" symbolize the mind, wandering between imagination and reality.

The theme evolves from the minor 9th harmonies to major 9th harmonies, creating a contrast that evokes a sense of transcendence, as if the thoughts have left reality entirely and ascended to a blissful, heavenly realm. However, the "little boat" is suddenly struck by a storm, forcibly dragged back to reality, and ultimately sinks into the depths of despair...
