In this part, we dry-assembled the crank and torqued down the case halves to check the clearances. In the next part, we will dry-assemble the rods and check their clearances as well. Eventually, we will assemble the engine and fire it up. Stay tuned for all the tips and tricks of assembling Corvair engines.
