Описание: The world of work is fast changing. There is now increasing diversity, cultural intermingling, heightened awareness and appreciation of issues in workplaces. Research has proven that performance is not solely dependent on IQ but also one’s emotional intelligence: how people manage themselves and their relationships. The Centre for Gender Research, Advocacy and Documentation (CEGRAD) of the University of Cape Coast through this webinar engages conversations on emotional intelligence and its entanglement with gender and work ethics in Ghanaian workplaces, reduce emotional labour and increase productivity and (job, family and social/society) satisfaction.
