Stadler showcased the first completed CITYLINK of the largest tram-train order in Stadler’s history which sees the delivery of up to 504 CITYLINK tram-trains for six different operators from Germany and Austria. The first vehicles will go to Saarbahn.
The new tram-train provides a comfortable direct connection between the city and the surrounding region. With flexible equipment and modern functions such as air conditioning and wheelchair spaces, the tram offers future-oriented mobility, especially for people commuting between the surrounding area and the city centre. This strengthens regional public transport in the future.
