OCSF was initiated by #AWS and #Splunk.. which they built upon the ICD Schema from work done at #Symantec - a division of #Broadcom.
and, it also includes contributions from 15 additional members, #Cloudflare, #CrowdStrike, #DTEX, #IBMSecurity, #IronNet, #JupiterOne, #Okta, #PaloAltoNetworks, #Rapid7, #Salesforce, #Securonix, #SumoLogic, #Tanium, #TrendMicro, and #Zscaler.

The mission of the OCSF is to create an industry-wide framework for data exchange, aggregation and analysis, principally but not exclusively for cybersecurity use cases
