Drawing on 2025 macroeconomic indicators, business climate surveys, and firm-level strategic behavior, this video illustrates how Georgian companies experience:

• Political and policy uncertainty affecting long-term planning
• Structural complexity driven by digitalization and skills gaps
• Ambiguity arising from evolving regulation and strategic direction

Rather than attempting to predict an increasingly uncertain future, Georgian organizations are adapting through flexible planning, scenario analysis, learning-based strategies, and continuous interpretation of change.
