Join "BIG GAY ALI" as he shows us his favourite cocktail to make: The Frozen Piña Colada. This is no ordinary cocktail, Ali has taken the drink a step further by serving it in a pineapple cup and garnishing it with Malibu soaked pineapple fritters.
The main focus of the episode/show is to compare the RTD (Ready To Drink) cocktails on the market and educate people to make their own at home. Ali believes that canned cocktails should be only drunk in extreme circumstances. So sit back and watch this massive omi-palone make one of the most delicious cocktails.
Ingredients for Pina Colada:
Lime Juice 15ml
Coconut Cream 25ml
Malibu 30ml
Rum 50ml
Pineapple Juice 100ml
Ingredients for Pineapple Fritters:
Malibu 25ml
Brown Sugar 50g
Self Raising Flour 150g
Sparkling Water 300ml

The Pump Room is a homemade bar built by the unique and unusual Cressy. She is known throughout the London and UK cocktail scene but with bars closed during the 2020 Lockdown there was no where to go. No where to pour drinks, connect with customers and rock out on the bar top to Britney & KISS.
