The death of BH Loya, the judge who was hearing the Sohrabuddin fake encounter case, was being politicised, said his family today. At a press conference this afternoon, his son Anuj Loya said the family has no suspicions regarding the death of the judge. "Many people are trying to harass the family members. They are trying to create panic among the family members," said Anuj Loya. "I request media to convey to NGOs and lawyers and activists not to harass their family members."
