Ingredients:
500g Chicken
1 cup buttermilk
1bsp chilli sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika or chilli powder
1 tsp onion flakes or powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Flour coating:
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cornflour
1 tsp paprika or chilli powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Honey sauce:
1/3 cup honey
1 tbsp paprika or chilli powder
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp lemon juice
pinch of salt
