I’ve gotten so many messages of people wanting a full version of me singing Mama Will Provide. I posted the link to me actually going on in the role below. Asaka was one of the roles that I understudied in Once On This Island on Broadway and I went on three times! Which was a huge fluke seeing that I was the second understudy, which mean everyone has to be out for me to have to go on. I posted the video of my Asaka debut on this page of you want to watch. I hated understudying Alex Newell because I knew I could never measure up. That’s not to down myself lol I just understood my place lol. Either way I managed to find my own “Asaka mother of the Earth” and give the audience a fun time! So enjoy my first time as Asaka COUSIN of the Earth.
