For this edit, I wanted Luke to almost glimpse his father under the mask as well as create some visual similarities between the father and son, including eye scars and Yellow Sith eyes.

To begin with, I used Adywan's superb 'The Empire Strikes Back Revisited' Edit as a basis for the footage; Improved colouring, better sabres and it even gives that lizard, a third eye to look more alieny!
Next, I had Crimson Maul photoshop 2 frames in the sequence, one from when the mask explodes and the other during the exposed mask clip.
Crimson Maul inserted Anakin into the first shot and gave him Sith eyes and then gave Luke sith eyes and a matching eye-scar to boot. He also added embers to the burning mask.
Once I had my 2 photoshopped frames, I ran the image sequence through Ebsynth, to manipulate all the other frames to match and then messed around in Premier, fading the embers and eyes to give them life and I'm pleased with the results.
