Australia plans to ban recreational vaping and tighten other e-cigarette laws. This is its biggest crackdown on the tobacco industry in more than a decade, amid an alarming rise in teenage vaping. The government will ban all disposable vapes, halt the import of non-prescription vapes and limit nicotine levels. It is also looking to confine the sale of vapes to helping smokers who want to quit. Under new rules, vapes will be sold only in pharmacies and require "pharmaceutical-type" packaging.
