Welcome to this 20 minute yin inspired yoga flow. This class includes gentle neck, shoulder & upper back stretches & yin poses, perfect for reconnecting with your body & creating space where you may feel tension. Please be gentle with yourself, utilize any props to enhance your comfort in each pose. Only move as deeply into each position as you can comfortably breathe deeply, focus on your internal experience, rather than external appearance.
