I created this video as one of my favorite breakfast, and tribute to my Indian colleagues and friends who was influence by me of this delicious Bread. I remember during my first time landed the land of Middle East last 2012, I ate this one with my Indian Executive Chef friend Chef Hamza & Rinshad Purchasing Manager. Because of that the history began to learn basic Indian Cuisine.
I hope you guys convinced my way of practicality how to make at home without Dough Mixer. It's a matter of techniques, which is illustrated on the video.
