DIY Carbide Cutter Wood Lathe Tool

Hey guys This week I show you how to make your own Carbide Cutting Lathe Tool! Its really not as hard as you might think, and if you already have a lot of the tools it doesn't Cost too much to make yourself! I bought my square stock locally and it was significantly cheaper than the ones on amazon. As far as the carbide tips go you can purchase smaller packs, I just got the bigger packs because I plan on using them a lot. But to be honest it wasn't that expensive compared to buying them yourself. the one's I've priced have been well over $100 bucks each. But I made mine to feel comfortable to me for penny's on the dollar. And Since I already have all the stuff I can make more in the future, Which i defiantly plan to do! Anyway lets get to it! Here is a list of all the tools and materials used in this video, You don't Need to have all of it, Mainly just the carbide tips, The screws and the tap set. You can buy your square stock metal locally for cheaper and Like I said in the video I used mine before I even put a Handel on it.
