State agencies are expected to transit to accrualaccounting system starting next month in efforts to manage pending bills. Public Sector Accounting Standards Board Chief Executive Officer Fredrick Riaga says the new accounting system will ensure payment to suppliers are prioritized at the start of every financial year.
