Why does it always have to be extremely windy whenever I record a Thunderbolt? Just Like Iowa Falls, there is nothing I can do about it, but it doesn't change that it was (kind of) unrecorded, and it doesn't make it a terrible recording. Got word from a friend on Wednesday that Wisconsin was rescheduling their statewide tornado drill to Friday (thanks a bunch Jacob), which opened me up to their evening drill at 6:45PM. In a hasty decision, I decided to go to Richland Center for the drill; an ECS run system with several 2001s, some 3T22s, and this Thunderbolt. While Jacob, Josh, and Burns were at one of the 3T22s, I went to the Thunderbolt by myself upon their request. At about 6:42, I got talked to by a local, who told me that I was on private property (albeit not theirs). Knowing that I did not have any time left to move to a different spot, I talked my way through it and managed to get permitted to record from there, but was told to leave as soon as the test was over, which I did (and there was no issue with that, got out scot-free). The test went pretty well, ran for 3 minutes which seems to be standard for most counties' SWA drills around here (outside of Iowa). Anyway, hope you enjoyed the video.

This video was taken during the evening tornado drill of Severe Weather Awareness Week in Wisconsin, which took place at 6:45PM on April 12th. Minnesota usually holds their tornado drills the same day as Wisconsin, but they got cancelled this year due to weather. Richland County normally tests their sirens on the first Wednesday of the month at 12PM.
