Chemical Precipitation Reactions are Beautiful Chemistry!

Описание: Sometimes it’s nice to step back and enjoy the beautiful aspects of science! These chemical precipitation reactions are extremely useful but are also just beautiful chemistry! Precipitation reactions are a type of double replacement reaction in which two ionic compounds sort of switch partners with one another to create two new compounds, one of which being insoluble. The insoluble solid compound precipitates from the solution as a solid. The solid can then be collected, filtered, dried and used for other reactions. I have always found precipitations reactions to be some of the most beautiful solution chemistry to watch and it certainly makes for a good video! I hope you enjoy, too! Thanks for watching!
