1 lbs thin sliced finely chopped steak of choice
1 lb 80/20 ground beef
1/2 finely chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1/4 cup beef
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper, smoked paprika, chili powder, ground cumin and oregano
Queso Oaxaca or Monterey Jack cheese
