Banana bread recipe:

In one bowl: 1/3 cup of butter mixed with 3/4 cup white sugar. And and mix in 1 egg, then 3 mashed bananas. Add 1 tablespoon of milk.  

In another bowl: 1 and 1/4 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking Soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed together, do not beat. Add chocolate chips. Pour into loaf pan or muffin tin and bake at about 350F for about 45 to 50 minutes (for a large oven) or 20 mins (when baked in muffin tin) in a convection oven. Insert knife or toothpick in middle, if comes out clean, it's done.
