Answers in Viva | Knowledge Sharing in Viva Engage

Описание: Answers in Viva is a premium feature within Viva Engage – part of Microsoft’s employee experience platform. Viva Engage is an enterprise social networking app, and Answers in Viva is the knowledge sharing component.

Answers in Viva helps employees easily find knowledge housed within their organisation. Any employee can ask a question, and AI will source where that question may have been asked and answered before. Admins can label an answer as ‘best’, so employees know which answers are reliable.

Answers is a great time saving tool. It helps employees self-serve, and saves subject matter experts from answering the same questions over and over again.
