The story for the UK business began in the 1970s when we were among the first companies in Europe to start producing Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE). As demand continued to grow, this site was purpose-built in 1997.

We became part of the HEXPOL Group in 2010, along with our sister company in Sweden. HEXPOL TPE Germany joined us in 2012, followed by operations in China and the USA.

Like our international colleagues, we'd also describe ourselves as TPE freaks!

TPE is the product area we're dedicated to. It's what we've built our company on. We're constantly testing new raw materials and polymer combinations to make TPEs that are safer, more durable and more sustainable.

We were among the 1st companies to produce TPEs in Europe, and more than 50 years later, the possibilities continue to inspire us – yes, we’re self-confessed TPE freaks! Our international teams work with customers around the world, developing new polymer combinations and creating customised materials that are safer, more durable, more sustainable.
