she gives birth to a baby girl who called Sawyer and peyton falls into a coma.
and the episode 6x24 " Remember Me As Time of Day " : lucas brings their daughter home and visiting peyton. four days later , peyton wakes up from coma and she see for the first time her daughter
at the end , they go for a trip in car ( the comet that lucas have repair for peyton ).
