MEDITATION SESSIONS is a performance collective dedicated to promoting inclusion through art - serving as a reminder that artistic freedom breathes positive energy, breeding positive impact. Whether your sense of expression comes through music, movement, painting, or the spoken word, etc. we are here to give your voice a platform.
The Med Sesh stage is an incredibly sacred space, but our housed performances are too valuable to be contained - they are meant to be shared with the world. When you are invited to perform at or attend a Med Sesh event, we encourage you to connect with us, put your phone away and experience live art with a community of like-minded individuals, (the plethora of delicious food, flowing cocktails and grass will help break the ice. And you never know, you may strike up a conversation with someone at our sandwich bar who may empower and/or challenge the way you view the world).
Meditation is a practice that involves centering your body and calming your mind. We believe that this grounding ritual should apply collectively. We cannot rid the world of negativity overnight, so let’s enlighten each other through the all-embracing nature of our stage.
