Black Beard Algae - Instant & Permanent Solution with Results

Описание: Black Beard Algae or Brush Algae (Audouinella sp., Rhodochorton sp.) is a very stubborn algae that has always been a challenge for me.
There is no clear evidence as to why this algae appears. Based on the research I conducted , I see that its presence is usually believed to be associated with
fluctuating CO2 levels
low CO2 levels
high light
high organic waste in water (high ammonia, nitrites and nitrates)
low flow

I do not use pressurized C02 in my aquarium which makes dealing with it very difficult. Reducing the light intensity causes degradation of some plants like AR mini , which further impacts the water quality. It takes some time and patience to find the right balance.

In this video, i have documented my attempt that killing black beard algae. My tank is currently free of the nasty stuff and hoping this video helps others too to reach their goal
