As with every Surrey Report, the team also breaks down the January 2024 benchmark stats for the City of Surrey.

🏠 Detached = $1,599,100 (+8.2%)
🏘 Townhomes = $855,100 (+7.2%)
🌆 Condos = $540,300 (+4.2%)
